In my family, we have several routines to follow. Firstly, in the morning we have breakfast together. We get up at five. My dad and I help my mom prepare breakfast. My mom often cooks rice, meat or fish and vegetables. Sometimes we have bread, butter, soups for a changes (-> for a change). Secondly, once a weeks (-> once a week) we do housework together, the household chores such as cleans the house, washing up, put out rubbish (-> cleaning the house, washing up, and putting out the rubbish?
