Tìm x,biết: \(\dfrac{x-5}{x-3}\) là số nguyên
Ta có: `(x-5)/(x-3) = (x-3-2)/(x-3) = 1 - 2/(x-3)`
Để `(x-5)/(x-3)` là số nguyên thì `2/(x-3) ∈ Z`
`=> x - 3 ∈ Ư(2) = {-2;-1;1;2}`
`=> x∈ {1;2;4;5}`
Vậy `(x-5)/(x-2)` là số nguyên khi `x ∈ {-1;1;3;5}`
