My Favourite Sport is Swimming

Swimming has been my favourite sport since I was very small. I learnt to swim when I was just 5 years old. Swimming is a very popular sport; furthermore, it provides individuals with several physical and mental benefits.

There are some reasons why swimming is popular. Firstly, swimming is a sport for all age groups; besides, it is a lifetime activity. People can learn to swim as young as 4 or 5 years old or as old as 60 or 70. All it takes is the right instruction and desire to get in the pool. Secondly, swimming is cheap. You don't have to spend much money on it. All you need is just a swimsuit that makes you feel comfortable and a goggle that keeps water from your eyes. Even though you have to buy an admission ticket, it is not so expensive. Anyone can afford to go to swim. Finally, swimming is one of the most popular sports in the world.

Besides its popularity, swimming is a good activity that provides individuals with several physical benefits. First of all, swimming is a movement through water using one's legs and arms that provides an all body workout. As all of your muscles are used during swimming, it is an excellent form of exercise. Moreover, swimming can also be very beneficial to your heart and lungs. After a few laps, swimming can Giúp you cool-down, move blood through your muscles to Giúp them recover. Swimming builds up muscle strength , so your body is kept in perfect shape.

In addition to its physical benefits, swimming is also an effective way to relax. Swim with a very low effort, let your mind wander, focus on nothing but the rhythm of your stroke. This form of meditation can Giúp you gain a feeling of well-being. Furthermore, swimming is a wonderful recreational activity for you and your family. Swimming gives you a chance to be with your family or with some friends at the pool, or just to dip yourself in cool water. Spending hours at the pool on hot summer days is always my favourite pastime.

In conclusion, swimming is not only popular, but it is also one of the best all body workout a person can do. Besides its physical benefits, swimming is also a great recreational sport giving you peace of mind to continue with your day. Swimming has numerous advantages over other exercises and if done consistently will keep you in shape for the long period of time.

My most favorite game is Football. It is a world famous game.

Football is such a popular game that it is played even in the most remote corner of my country. People walk long distances to watch a football match. Even old people enjoy watching this game.

To play this most interesting, I go to the field near my house where my friends wait for me every late afternoon. My friends also love this game very much. We play until dark.

But it is a very hard game. It requires a lot of strength to kick the ball. They must also be skillful in controlling the ball. All this makes the game a difficult game indeed. Playing football however Giúp us healthy and active.

I shall always love this game.

I like swimming. It is my favorite sport, for I know that it is healthy as well as a good chance for a person to exercise his or her body.

Last Sunday morning, as the weather was fine, I went to Vung Tau with my family. It took us about two hours by car to arrive at our destination, and I felt very excited about it.

When our car reached the top of the cliff overlooking the Bay, I admired the golden sand of the long beach, the blue sky and water, and the splendid country surroundings which looked like an artist’s painting.

We put on our bathing-suits and ran into the water. It was a very happy swim for me. We played ball, challenged each other in swimming a certain distance. Of course, I was always beaten by my bigger brothers but I was satisfied with my good effort. When we felt tired, we lay down on the beach to rest and to have some sunbath. At about noon, we returned to our tent and had lunch.

About 3 p.m. we went once more into the water and swam till 5 p.m. Finally, we got ready to start for home. Everyone was delighted to have spent such a wonderful swim. I really enjoyed swimming very much that day.

I like badminton very mụch Every day I play badminton with my father and brother. I want to become a famous badminton player and play for my hometeam.And now, I am a badminton player for my school. We will have a contest with other school. I always pracites more and more to win and to be a player

I’m Nam, I’m 15 years old. My favorite sport is swimming. I can go swimming in both summer and winter. Normally, I would go swimming for two days a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. I often go swimming with my best friend. He will wait for me after school. Then starts to go to the swimming pool. I learned to swim when I was 10 years old. Swimming helps me feel better. Thanks to learning how to swim since childhood, I am quite tall. I am very proud of that. Swimming sometimes helps me forget about the bad things. I often participate in swimming club competitions. I hope to grow up to become a professional swimmer.

Everyone has a different sport they love. My favorite sport is badminton. This is a pretty easy sport to play, but to play well you need enough practice. I usually play badminton every morning. Usually I play with my dad. But if he’s busy, I’ll play with my brother. Playing badminton helped me train my fitness and it also helped me get closer to my family members. Playing badminton also helps me to lose fat for a firmer body. Playing badminton also helps you to prevent heart disease effectively. Even though I was not good at playing, I enjoyed it very much. I thought that without badminton I would definitely feel very sad.

Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Un football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of pracal skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

My favorite sport is badminton. It could be an individual or a team sport. It lasts depending on the player. To play, it needs tools such as rackets, nets and orbs.

Hoàng Hoa Thám (tên thật: Trương Văn Thám)( 1858 - 1913), người lãnh đạo cuộc Khởi nghĩa Yên Thế (1885 - 1913) chống Pháp. Quê làng Dị Chế, huyện Tiên Lữ, tỉnh Hưng Yên; di cư lên Sơn Tây (Hà Tây), rồi đến Yên Thế (Bắc Giang). Năm 1885, tham gia khởi nghĩa của Cai Kinh (Hoàng Đình Kinh) ở Lạng Giang. Sau khi Cai Kinh chết, Đề Thám tiếp tục hoạt động, lập căn cứ ở Yên Thế và trở thành thủ lĩnh danh tiếng nhất của phong trào nông dân chống Pháp. Trong gần 30 năm lãnh đạo đã tổ chức đánh nhiều trận, tiêu biểu là các trận ở thung lũng Hố Chuối (12.1890) và Đồng Hom (2.1892). Pháp phải hai lần giảng hoà với Đề Thám vào năm 1894 và 1897. Những năm 1898 - 1908, xúc tiến việc xây dựng Phồn Xương thành căn cứ kháng chiến, đồng thời bí mật liên hệ với lực lượng yêu nước ở bên ngoài. Nhiều sĩ phu như Phan Bội Châu, Phan Chu Trinh, Phạm Văn Ngôn, Lê Văn Huân, Nguyễn Đình Kiên... đã gặp gỡ Hoàng Hoa Thám và bàn kế hoạch phối hợp hành động. Đầu 1909, Pháp mở cuộc tấn công quy mô lớn nhằm tiêu diệt nghĩa quân. Đề Thám vừa tổ chức đánh trả, vừa phải rút lui khỏi Yên Thế, đến Thái Nguyên, Tam Đảo. Lực lượng nghĩa quân giảm sút dần và tới cuối 1909 bị tan rã. Đề Thám phải sống ẩn náu trong núi rừng Yên Thế. Bị tay sai của Pháp sát hại 10.2.1913.

Xử lí chất thải là một vấn đề rất quan trọng và cần thiết cho sự phát triển bền vững của một đất nước. Trên thế giới hiện nay, nhiều nước đã phát triển các hệ thống xử lí chất thải hiệu quả, giúp giảm thiểu tác động đến môi trường và sức khỏe con người.

Một số nước tiên tiến như Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc, Mỹ và Châu Âu đã có nhiều tiến bộ trong quá trình xử lí chất thải. Chính phủ của Nhật Bản đã đầu tư vào các công nghệ thân thiện với môi trường, bao gồm cả phương pháp xử lí bằng nhiệt độ cao và xử lí khí thải. Hàn Quốc cũng có kế hoạch đẩy mạnh phương pháp xử lí chất thải bằng cách tái chế, phân loại và xử lí bằng phương pháp nhiệt độ cao. Mỹ và Châu Âu cũng có các hệ thống xử lí chất thải hiện đại và có nhiều tiếp cận với thủy tinh, nhôm, sắt và nhựa để tái chế.

Ở Việt Nam, quản lý và xử lí chất thải vẫn đang là một vấn đề còn khá mới mẻ. Tuy nhiên, chính phủ Việt Nam đã đưa ra các chính sách và quy định về quản lý chất thải, trong đó bao gồm việc khuyến khích tái chế và phát triển các hệ thống xử lí chất thải. Hiện nay, các trung tâm xử lí rác không đủ số lượng, chưa đảm bảo được việc xử lí chất thải tại nhiều địa phương, đặc biệt ở các đô thị lớn nơi số lượng rác thải tăng cao.

Tuy nhiên, với sự phát triển của khoa học công nghệ, các công nghệ xử lí chất thải hiện đại như phương pháp xử lí bằng khí thải và xử lí bằng nhiệt độ cao đã được áp dụng tại nhiều thành phố lớn ở Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, các hoạt động như tái chế và phân loại rác thải cũng đang dần trở nên phổ biến.

Trong tương lai, chúng ta hy vọng rằng các hệ thống xử lí chất thải của Việt Nam sẽ được nâng cao và hiệu quả hơn, giúp đảm bảo sự phát triển bền vững và bảo vệ môi trường.

My favorite hobby is playing football in spare time. After completing my home work at home, I generally spend my lot of free time in playing football. I was so interested to play football from my childhood however started learning to play well when I was 5 years old. I was in one class when I was 5 years old. My father asked to my class teacher in the PTM about my hobby of football. And my teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school from class 1 so you can admit your child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and paripate in the inter-school competitions.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.

Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.

There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played. 

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusias and young.

I don’t sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

I hiking . Because , it will help people have good heath , have tough legs and endurance . It will help the body to slim down , pushing away excess fat effectively . It can also help us to be taller , have aleaner body . So every morning , I get up early for hiking . Hiking help I taller , have good heath and endurance . I hiking . Hiking is my favorite sport.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.
