It was a Friday afternoon, and I was helping my mother doing some house chores. When I was hanging clothes on the balcony, some of them were blown to the roof of my house. So I decided to use a long pipe to take them back. However, they were too far! I kept trying but it didn’t work. And suddenly, I slipped and fell down to the terrace. I felt hurt all over my body. I couldn’t even breathe. I remember there were a lot of dust on my body, and there were broken woods and plywoods everywhere. Right away, my family ran to me. They helped me to get up, they were totally shocked. My parents quickly took me to the hospital. Fortunately, I wasn’t on seriously injured. There were some wounds on my head, arms and legs. After that accident, I try to be more careful when doing anything, and always feel for the actors in action movies. To me, nothing is more precious than life.

     There are many animals around us, most of them are useful. The closest to us, the dog helps us keep the house, or the cat helps us catch rats. And the birds indirectly created a daily meal for us, because it ate worms, ate rats that were harmful to leaves, and fed rice. And abroad, camels help us safely cross the arid deserts. And beyond that, fish, shrimp, crab provide us with aquatic resources, help enrich our country. Animals bring great benefits to our lives. However, there is still disagreement as to whether animals can be used to gain benefits. In my view, I partially agree with this statement. The reasons are two-fold. The exploitation of animals is accepted for several reasons. Firstly, the human is the most important being on the Earth and everything must be done to ensure human survival. Therefore, researchers are doing the experiment on animals to find cures or vaccines for diseases to save ours. Secondly, some animals such as pigs, goats, chickens.... are nutritious food resources for people's health. Besides, their meats are one of the main products which can be exported to many countries all around the world. Therefore, our country makes a huge amount of money from selling meat products and develop its economy. All of these are morally acceptable. However, some hunters kill rare animals for fur, foods, even heart which makes them become extinct. Moreover, they are kept in cages for recreational pleasure. Furthermore, a substantial amount of animals research is done for cosmetics which is not necessary. These actions are unjustifiable. In sum, being a human, we should make use of the advantages that animals bring wisely instead of using them in a cruel and wrong way. Moreover, the animals deserve protection or else they will be in threat of becoming extinction.
