My mother is a person I admire most. She devoted a lot of time and energy to the upbringing of my two brothers and I. Despite working hard, she always made time to teach us many useful things which are necessary and important in our later lives. Moreover, she is a good role model for me to follow. She always tries to get on well with people who live next door and help everyone when they are in difficulties, so most of them respect and love her. I admire and look up to my mother because she not only brings me up well but also stands by me and gives some help if necessary. For example, when I encounter some difficulties, she will give me some precious advice to help me solve those problems. She has a major influence on me and I hope that I will inherit some of her traits.

Do you have someone who is great, spends time with you, cares for you, and is an important person? Well, I do, and she has black hair, brown eyes, and a caring touch. That’s my mom.

My mom talks to me about many things. One of the things she talks to me about is what will happen when I grow up. She tells me what to do in case of an emergency. And one day I had a really bad day with my friends, and she told me what to do about it.

My mom and I spend a lot of time together. We play games, bake cookies, make necklaces, and draw doodle tricks. But our favorite thing to do is read. Our favorite book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.

Mom takes me shopping at the mall. We buy toys and clothes, and we eat at the café. We usually get Chinese food or go to a McDonald’s restaurant. When we ride the escalator, my mom pretends to fall back and says, “My shoestring’s stuck!”

My mom always laughs, and when she laughs she sounds a hyena gone crazy! She doesn’t laugh every day, but when she does, it’s hilarious, and I have to laugh, too!

My mom is the greatest. I love how she jokes around. She is always fun no matter what, and she gives me great advice. My mom is more than a mom; she is my best friend.

Ta có : \(\left(a-2\right).\sqrt{2}=b+1\)

Từ giả thiết a,b là các số hữu tỉ nên ta có VT là một số vô tỉ, vế phải là một số hữu tỉ. Do đó ta cần tìm a để VT là một số hữu tỉ. Nhận thấy chỉ có a = 2 thỏa mãn . Suy ra b = -1

Vậy (a;b) = (2;-1)

I want to provide food, clothes and blankets for street children. I want to do it because I want to share the things I have with children who are in need. I hope no child will be hungry and cold. I will cook food and bring it to street children on the weekends. I will also encourage my friends to donate clothes and blankets to them.

When speaking of local transport in Vietnam, no discussion goes on for too long without mention of the bicycle and its role in Vietnamese daily life. In Western countries, most people enjoy bicycles as a kind of sport or a healthy way to commute. For us in Saigon, though, bicycles are a tradition and a livelihood.

For generations, bicycles have been used not only as transport but also as a way of generating income for working-class families. A lot of people’s lives are closely connected to this rudimentary conveyance because they can earn their living right on two wheels.

Then and Now

Times are changing in big cities  Saigon. A few years ago in this city, you might spot women wearing the iconic palm-leaf conical hats and selling sky rice, corn, bread, vegetables, steamed cake, noodles and other Vietnamese specialties directly from their bicycles. The products would be piled in big baskets and fastened to the saddles of their bicycles with rope.

On bicycles, they could ride down winding roads to new neighbourhoods to sell their produce, sometimes advertising their wares by calling out. If they found a hot spot of customers, they would park their bicycles and sell for a few hours, stationary. For a long time, this was the way of life for the working class in Vietnam; many of today’s successful and talented people were nurtured by their mothers’ loads of food on bicycles.

Nowadays, bicycle vendors are rarely seen in a metropolis Saigon. Maybe that’s because the standard of living has been raised. More people have ‘innovated’ their little enterprises, switching to businesses in shops, food stalls or even large malls. But if you follow some winding roads yourself and head for the countryside, you might still hear the cries of women (or even men) selling their local produce from the seats of their bicycles. They’ll ly be selling some fruit you can buy.

Bicycle Romance

The image of bicycles in Vietnam has nevertheless remained iconic in Vietnamese poems and songs that praise the beauty of love on bicycles. A bike with no motor is inexpensive transport and has actually become a symbol of pure and nostalgic love from a time when speed and wealth were less important.

Today, bicycles are still used as pracal and affordable transport for a lot of people, especially students. Boys often give girls bike rides to high school or university and then back home. Day in and day out, rain or shine, stormy or calm, young hearts are stirred by a first date on a bicycle, which may sweep them away into new love. For us in Vietnam, love and bicycles go together in a way that is beautiful, innocent and simple.

The rare few who also still use their bicycles to sell their wares help to maintain this cultural image. But it’s more than that. It’s a way of life, beautiful for its rich tradition.

Try It Yourself

Travelling by bicycle can be one of the most rewarding ways to experience Vietnam. Just imagine pedalling along a road on the coast of Nha Trang, breathing the fresh air and enjoying the gentle wind in your hair, the salty taste of the sea on your tongue, all while giving your thighs and calves a good workout.

You can find the winding roads that the bicycle vendors would use to seek new markets for their wares. And maybe, if you’re lucky, you’ll even cross paths with a vendor offering you flowers and a glimpse of the past.

On the occasion of my tenth birthday, my dad gave me a great robot.

This robot looks a little kid. He was only about two inches tall, he was made of a light hard plas and light blue.

The big head a square box placed on the body, not see the neck makes him look strangely strange! There are two antennae on each side, with two large ears, such as two halves of orange attached to the sides of the head with two very large round screws. My body as well as the rectangular box upright, there are lines decorated decorations look he wears an armor. Behind the back there was a small hollow of two small batteries, close to the knob knob black switch. Two hands and two feet are also connected by small square boxes and attached to the body by large screws. Thanks to this, the limbs can turn in easy directions.

I turn on the switch knob, immediately the robot works immediately. From his belly, the shouts emit as his legs begin to move. Legs step by step step by step, his hands waving to the steps. The most funny thing is that the head looks right, then turns to the left as a hunt for the enemy. Going, touching the bottom of the table or the corner of the cabinet, you automaally avoid the other direction. The shouts and footsteps of the uncle led the cockroaches in the corner of the panic fled.

I love playing with this robot, I see you as a quiet and intelligent little friend.
