Ingredients:
- 180 g beef steak
- 100g butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp choppep pasley
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Trim the steak nicely, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 20 g butter in a pan until hot. add steak and fry until brown, about 2 minutes. Turn it over and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Mix 80 g butter with remaining ingredient, roll up tightly and refregerate until hard. Cut the butter into slices(about 20 g /each) and top over the hot steak. One slice for one steak. Serve hot with french fries.

Furthermore, it is commonly served with lime wedges, cilantro sprigs, diced green onions, raw sliced onions, chili sauce, thinly sliced banana blossom, red cabbage, mint, basil, perilla, persicaria odorata or Vietnamese coriander (rau răm), saw tooth herb (ngò gai) and sometimes mung bean sprouts.To sum up, it is one of the most famous dishes in Vietnam, you should try to eat Bun bo Hue at least one time.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.

They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.
Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.
To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.
I have a breakfast in the morning, a lunch is in the noon and a dinner is in the evening. In the morning, I often eat bread or rice and drinking fruit drink, sometimes i eat porridge. In the noon, I often eat rice with foods and in the evening, I eat rice with foods, too.
I want to cut down my fat belly, so I eat one rice bowl per meal. I also eat snacks in the afternoon in everyday, I sometimes eat with my friends and we are very happy, I prefer to eat at home than eat out, because I eating pizza, spagetti, xap xap, bot chien.
I always drinkg milk at before go to bed in the evening. I also eat fruit, because they are delicious and nutritious. I can cook, but i am not good at this

It is really something great in human life that at such a tender age, one is picked up with care to sing for famous Indian films. Her popular song, ayega anewala, sung in her teenage days, still rings in our ears and creates a wonderful situation in the minds of the music lovers.
Lata’s devotional songs and the songs based on Indian classical music are superb. She got the opportunity of singing under the training of almost all the great music directors of Indian film industry.
We have in our house a number of selected records and cassettes of the great singers, which give us tremendous entertainment in our days of joy and sorrow. Hence, Lata Mangeshkar is my favourite singer.
