There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. My mother is a person I admire most. She devoted a lot of time and energy to the upbringing of my two brothers and I. Despite working hard, she always made time to teach us many useful things which are necessary and important in our later lives. Moreover, she is a good role model for me to follow. She always tries to get on well with people who live next door and help everyone when they are in difficulties, so most of them respect and love her. I admire and look up to my mother because she not only brings me up well but also stands by me and gives some help if necessary. For example, when I encounter some difficulties, she will give me some precious advice to help me solve those problems. She has a major influence on me and I hope that I will inherit some of her traits.  

 This year my grandmother is over seventy years old. She still looks healthy because she keeps the habit of walking every morning. Her face was plump and kind. Her gray-brown eyes were always a gentle, warm glow. Her hair was waist-length, more white than half. My grandmother is also a person who loves her children deeply. I have grown up with the sweet apathy she lulled, with so many wonderful fairy tales she tells. Every night, her skinny, wrinkled hands patted me back to sleep. I really love this kind of my grandmother. I wish she was always healthy to live happily with her children and grandchildren.

My admire most person is my mother. This year, she is nearly 40 years old. My mom is very tall. She has a round face, brown eyes and short hair. To my ways of thinking, she is the most beautiful woman in the world. My mom cooks very well and very hard-working. She plays badminton well, too. In her free time, she often teaches me maths or surfing the Internet. My mom loves me very much. She can sacrifice everything for me. When I have problems, I always confide to my mom. She encourages and consoles me when I sad or when I got bad marks.. She gives me a present and very happy when I do good work. There is an unforgetable memory that makes me love my mom much more. That night, I had an illness and I felt so sick that I counldn't even stand. My mom spent a sleepless night to take care of me carefully. She helped me took medicine and fed me gruel. After a night, I felt much more better but my mom was very tired and sleepy. I love my mother very much. I'll try my best to make her happy and always have a smile on her lips.

Nowadays, it is often said that students, or here college students, do not need to wear uniforms, but there are also people who disagree with that opinion, this is my opinion. First, wearing a uniform can give students sociability. It can reduce household spending. However, I also think that students should dress freely. Because just like teachers, college students who have jobs, can also take care of themselves to help themselves have a better life. That's why I think college students shouldn't wear uniforms.
