Cũng cần xét đến bản thân người chơi chưa có chính kiến, chưa hiểu rõ về hoạt động giải trí dẫn đến việc nghiện game không kiểm soát. Riêng đối với các em học sinh thì nguyên nhân của nghiện game còn đến từ sự thiếu quan tâm của phụ huynh, thầy cô, chưa có phương pháp giáo dục đúng đắn, nghiêm khắc. Game là một trong những hoạt động giải trí được xã hội chấp nhận, thế nhưng nghiện game lại gây ra những hậu quả khôn lường đối với cả bản thân người chơi lẫn xã hội. Chính vì vậy, chúng ta – thế hệ học sinh cần phải hiểu rõ bản chất của game nói riêng và hoạt động giải trí nói chung, sử dụng nó một cách văn minh, hợp lý nhất.

Về mặt hữu dụng.Internet có thể giúp bạn giao lưu,tìm hiểu qua nó,Internet thường dùng để làm việc,học mọi lúc mọi nơi và là sự tin cậy của cha mẹ khi đặt niềm tin cho con em mình thi giải qua Internet{mạng xã hội}.Nhưng,đa số bậc phụ huynh phản ánh rằng,việc tiếp xúc với Internet  quá lâu sẽ ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe,đặc biệt là mắt.Nhiều bậc phụ huynh cho rằng:Sử dụng Internet quá lâu sẽ bị cận hoặc mù lòa.Nhưng,một số cha mẹ biết là thế nhưng vẫn cho con em mình sử dụng Internet để mong con hiểu biết thêm nhiều điều về thế giới mạng.Trên thực tế,ngoài việc các giải thưởng từ việc thi mạng ra,có rất nhiều lo ngại về việc con mình bỏ học đi chơi Nét.
