3,CĐ: He is preparing everything for the presidential election

BĐ:Everything is being prepared for the presidential election by him

Quy tắc chuyển đổi câu chủ động thành mỗi kiểu câu bị động:

- Chuyển từ (cụm từ) chỉ đối tượng của hoạt động lên đầu câu và thêm các từ bị, được vào sau cụm từ ấy.

- Chuyển từ (cụm từ) chỉ đối tượng của hoạt động lên đầu câu đồng thời lược bỏ hoặc biến từ (cụm từ) chỉ chủ thể của hoạt động thành một bộ phận không bắt buộc trong câu.
