This is my house.My house has 7 rooms which are the living room, my parent’s the bedroom, my the room, the kitchen, the dining room, the bathroom and the toilet.In the livingroom , you will see the altars the first. It is put in high position highly. In the mid-room ,table and chair are put in here there are chairs and tables .(not sofa, not armchair). We have some pictures on the above wall. The TV is put behind the table and the chairs .In my the room, the computer is put beside the desk and the bookshelf is put next to the desk. On the left, the bed is put near the wardrobe.In the kitchen, the cupboard is put near the refrigerator and the stove and the cooking rice.

: I live in a house at Le Hoan street with my family. My house is small but it is very beautiful. It has 3 bed room, one for my parent, one for my sister and one for me. The living room is small but it is very nice and the kitchen is very convenient. My house also has a small garden with some trees and flowers that my father is planted. My house isn't large but it very beautiful, and I enjoy it very much.

I have many hobbies, but I reading most. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabulary by exposing many new words. My hobby is doing shopping, and I think it is a little bit costly. I do not have enough time and money to serve my love for shopping, so I can only spend my weekend wandering at the malls. I looking around the stores and their variety kinds of goods. There are so many colorful things that catch my eyes, such as clothes, shoes, accessories, toys, and other stuffs. Usually I do not by a lot of things; I just remember their brand names and then wait for them to be put on the sale-off section. I have a huge amount of flyers about promoting program at many different malls and stores. My father told my class teacher about my hobby of football. My teacher told him that there is a facility of playing sports daily in the school so he could admit his child. Now, I really enjoy playing football and I paripate in the inter-school competitions.

Lam: Welcome to Ha Long Bay! Ha Long Bay belongs to Ha Long city in Quang Ninh province.It is famous for natural beauties with many islands and caves. There are many large hotels and beautiful beaches here. Besides, the air is very fresh and cool. The seafood here is more delicious and cheaper than the seafood in Hanoi. Now there are big supermarkets and amusement parks, which makes life here even more fun.

Mai: My hometown is Sa Pa which is a peaceful town in Lao Cai province. Sa Pa has beautiful mountains and hills and the weather is pleasant, especially there are four seasons on a summer day here. One more thing, you can find Fansipan, the highest peak of Vietnam, in my hometown.All of these attract many tourists both in Vietnam and from abroad to come here and enjoy their holidays.

Hoa: My family and I live in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a very big city, even bigger than Hanoi. There are many high office buildings, shopping centers, and restaurants in my neighbourhood. What I really like here is the weather. There is no winter and the sun shines every day. People from all around the country come here to live, study, and work. So it is good because you can learn about different cultures. But sometimes it is just too noisy.

I love a quite strange sport for everyone, and it is ping pong. Not many people in Vietnam who are interested in ping pong, and it is also hard to find a place to actually have enough equipment to play it. Ping pong, or it also known as table tennis, consists of two or four players hitting a lightweight ball back and forth on a table. The table is divided in two halves by a net, and it marks the playing zone of each team. The basic rule for amateurs is pretty simple as players need to let the ball touch their side of the table one time before bouncing back. They then hit the ball back to their opponent’s side with a small paddle, and this time the ball also need to touch the other side of the table as well. A point is counted when a player fail to return back the ball, let it touch the net, or make it land outside of the table. Since it is played on a table, so the area is not big enough for us to wait and think about the next move. Therefore, we need to play it with fast reactions and nonstop motions. We only have one second to act the next step right after hitting the ball, and it does not take much time to complete a set. In a competition, and match usually consists of five or seven sets, and the first one to score 11 points wins a set. Many people do not take this sport serious, but I think it is a very good sport to train both of our physical and mental health as we need to be tough and have quick reactions at the same time.

I remembered the time when I was at home with my mom. I used to wish I could run away to a new place to live on my own. And that day came. I had to go to a big city for study and that was the first time I've known that I love my family that much. I used to cry every night before going to bed.
One day I read a poem about Mom and Child. It told a story about a mother who gave her all to her children, worried about them all her life and never hoped for requital. One day the mother went away forever and her child realized that now she is a mother, she understood her mother more and she missed her mother more than ever.
I cried each time I read that poem. I dont know what came into me and what made me cry that much. It was a very normal poem, just like the other ones I read when I was in school. And the first time I got a phone call from her, I couldnt help myself from bursting into tears. I love her, my mother!
Now I'm living abroad and have to do everything on my own. The thing I concern most about is my family members' health. Some bad dreams can make me worry all day. I wish good health for my family and especially, my mom!

Mother , she is the best in my life. I can not say how much love her . I please her so much since she gave me bỉth brings me love and grows me up. She teaches me what is a good person. She always yells me(and that is the only thing I don't love very much from her ). But you know, she just takes care of me a lot. I live in Ho Chi Minh City, and Tet holiday in the city is very bustling occasion. Within a month before the Lunar New Year, the streets are very crowded, many people go out to do shopping and enjoy the holiday scenery. My parents are busy cleaning the house, and I am busy thinking about what to wear and where to go. Right after we have a break from school, my friends and I spend most of the time on Nguyen Hue Flower Street to take pictures. However, Nguyen Hue Street is not the only beautiful place, almost everywhere in the main streets are wonderful for people to have great pictures. They are beautifully decorated with bright lights, and the apricot blossom - the symbol of New Year's Day can be found everywhere. On New Year's Eve, my family and I watch fireworks from Sai Gon Bridge; we have to go there before nine o’clock to get a good spot. Early in the first morning of the year, we go to the pagoda to pray for peace and health, and then I accompany my parents to visit my grandparents and relatives. Tet is my favorite holiday because it is an occasion to enjoy the festive atmosphere, delicious food, and receive lucky money. I wish that Tet could last for a month.

On land, most of the land area is plains covered by two main rivers, Red River and Nhue River.
Traffic
Thuong Tin has convenient transportation system with two land routes running along the district. It is 17.2 km long and 1 km of highway 1A and the highway of Phap Van - Cau Gie bridge is 17 km long. Old 73); crossing the district is the provincial road 427 (old road 71) from Van La slope (Hong Van commune) crossing the Khe Hoi crossing bridge on the Phap Van - Cau Gie highway to Thuong Tin town to cut with the North-South railway to the west of the district and ends in Thanh Oai district. Provincial highway 429 (73 old) from Phu Minh town (Phu Xuyen district) crossing Van Diem bridge to Do Xa junction intersection with the old national highway 1A; Next is the section 429 from Tia Cross intersecting the north-south railway running into Dong Quan. It is expected to build Me So bridge connecting Van Giang district of Hung Yen province.

In the district, the North-South railway runs through three stations: Thuong Tin, Cho Thi and Van Do stations.

Waterway with Red River, Hong Van port, Van Diem port. Through the river to Tu Dan, Khoai Chau, Pho Noi and Hung Yen.

Currently, Thuong Tin district is investing in Duyen Thai urban area located in the north of the district, adjacent to Lien Ninh commune of Thanh Tri district.

History
Ong Nguyen is a suburb of Tran Son Nam from the Le dynasty to the Nguyen dynasty. At that time, Thuong Tin was in Ha Dong province. Phu Thuong Tin now includes districts: Thanh Tri, Thuong Phuc (now Thuong Tin), Phu Xuyen and Hong Duc (now My Duc district).

On April 21, 1965, Thuong Tin district of Ha Tay province (merging two provinces of Ha Dong and Son Tay), including 33 communes: Chuong Duong, Dai Ang, Dong My, Dung Tien, Duyen Thai, Ha Hoi, Hien Giang Hoa Binh, Hong Van, Khanh Ha, Le Loi, Lien Ninh, Lien Phuong, Minh Cuong, Nghiem Xuyen, Ngoc Hoi, Nguyen Trai, Nhi Khe, Ninh So, Quat Dong, Ta Thanh Oai, Tan Minh, Thong Nhat, Phu Phu, Tien Phong, To Hieu, Tu Nhien, Van Binh, Van Diem, Van Phu, Van Tao, Van Tu.

On December 29, 1975, Thuong Tin district of Ha Son Binh province was merged into Ha Tay and Hoa Binh provinces.

On December 29, 1978, five communes in the north of Thuong Tin District were Dai Ang, Lien Ninh, Ngoc Hoi, Ta Thanh Oai and Dong My. There are 28 communes in Chom Duong, Chuong Duong, Dung Tien, Duyen Thai, Ha Hoi, Hien Giang, Hoa Binh, Hong Van, Khanh Ha, Le Loi, Lien Phuong, Minh Cuong, Nghiem Xuyen, Nguyen Trai, Nhi Khe, .

On March 19, 1988, Thuong Tin Town was established on the basis of adjusting part of the natural area and population of Van Binh, Van Phu and Ha Hoi communes.

On August 12, 1991, Thuong Tin returned to Ha Tay province. As such, Thuong Tin district has 1 town and 28 communes, keeping stable so far.

On August 1, 2008, together with the whole province of Ha Tay, Thuong Tin district was merged into Hanoi capital according to the resolution of the Government of Vietnam.

My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the necessary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contains many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.
