CHÚNG TÔI NÊN LÀM GÌ ĐỂ BẢO VỆ MÔI TRƯỜNG?

     Thứ nhất, chúng ta nên hạn chế sử dụng túi ni lông
       Quá trình sản xuất túi ni lông cũng cần một lượng lớn nguyên liệu xăng dầu, thuốc nhuộm và hóa chất nên rất nguy hại đến môi trường. Vì vậy, học sinh, sinh viên bảo vệ môi trường bằng cách hạn chế sử dụng túi ni lông là một hành động nhỏ nhưng đầy ý nghĩa. Firstly, business' success is depended on its leaders, who manage lower ranked managers, staff and labours. The Leadership is something individuals are born with or can be taught at universities. Many organisations are critically reliant on experienced staff who provides the best model role to others. In particular banks, businesses focused on human resources cannot be supervised by young staff. This named professions require highly qualified, trained and experienced individuals. Th experience is something people learn over the years, as a result of this, young people are not suitable to be in leading position.

From the other hand, many companies such as Apple, Google, Facebook etc. are seeking young experts with fresh and innovative ideas to boost their profit. Notwithstanding, senior and experienced managers are essential in matter of financial control, their ideas might be out of date. Young generation accommodated easily to new technology and software than their elder society, based on this fact, their performance in leadership will be highly appreciated. The named global companies are the clear example of business empowered by unexperienced, however, graduated individuals.

To sum up, so called older people in managers position might benefit any business, nevertheless, young leaders should be more innovative and experienced from their lifestyle.

I think this position should be given to young people. On the one hand, there are many reasons why it is said that old people can make good leaders. Perhaps the first reason is that because older people often accumulate a large amount of professional knowledge and practical experience over many years of work, they are able to make better decisions. It is clear that today's business environment changes rapidly and it is difficult for young people with little experience to deal with unexpected situations. Another reason is that people seem to be more respected by others and have a stronger voice. As a result, employees tend to be more obedient and they will easily run the company's operations. However, on the other hand, I think hiring young people to be managers seems to be a better choice for the companies. the company. But my opinion is that getting more experience and developing skills is more important because as we see now in today's society there are students university students who studied for 3 years and 4 years got a diploma but still did not have a stable job. While there were students who did not go to university and still got accepted. Why is that? There are many interesting trips during my life. But I will never forget my first visit to the zoo. It's a nice day in September, the sun was shining, and many birds were singing. My mother woke me up at 6.00 am and said " Today we will go to the zoo". I was so excited, and suddenly I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth, washed my face. During my breakfast, I thought about what I would do at the zoo. At 8.00 am, we set off. It took us 1 hour to get to the zoo. The zoo was so big! There were many animals at the zoo such as: monkeys, lions, tigers, snakes, crocodies and so on....I followed my parents to the zoo. First, we visited the monkeys. They were very funny. I shook hand with a monkey. Then we went to the tigers'. I was so surprised because they were so big and fast. I was a bit afraid so I stand behind my father. After 2 hours around the zoo, my father drove the whole family to a ground, we had a picnic there. We returned home at 6.00 pm in the evening. I still remember the time I was at the zoo, so I said to my mother:"Will we go to the zoo again?" and my mother said:"Of course yes". I felt so happy. This was the first trip of mine and also the trip I will remember most.

Parents should especially follow this rule and keep their children away from the barriers.If you are having a bad day, you can visit the Zoo. It’s one of the most pleasant places to visit around you. It’s the closest you can get to the Mother Nature and the inhabitants of the nature. Zoos are the places to grow and nurture the species of the wild.
