Making a cake is not an easy task. Before making a cake, especially chocolate cake, you have to collect some elements and follow some systems. The elements are – 1- ¼ cups sugar, ¾ cup butter, ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1- ½ cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, pinch of salt and 1 cup of milk. For the materials you just need a large sauce pan, a bowl and baking dish. Now you have to follow the steps. The first step is to melt the butter in a large sauce pan, at least halfway before adding the sugar and cocoa, then stir constantly over medium low heat until everything is melted. After that remove from heat and allow cooling. Then in a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Gradually you have to make sure the butter, sugar and chocolate mixture is cool enough that you can dip a finger in without burning your fingers. Next, you can mix in the vanilla, eggs, salt, the dry ingredients and the milk to the chocolate in altering amounts. After finishing all of them, you can pour the butter into the floured baking dish, and then bake at 3750 for about 15 – 20 minutes. It is done when a toothpick stuck into the tallest part comes out clear. Then you can put a cutting board on top of the dish and flip it over. Finally, make it cold and add some nuts as a decoration. Now the chocolate brownie cake is ready to serve.
