In my opinion, playing sports is the best leisure activity for teenagers. Firstly, playing sports can give you a healthy body. Secondly, there are some sports which was played easily such as basketball, badminton or football and after that, you feel completely relaxed or even out of stress. Moreover, you can make more friends by having the same hobby. You also can improve your communication skills by talking to your teammates.
