\(\frac{3}{2}.\left(\frac{1}{3}+\frac{4}{9}\right)=\frac{3}{2}.\frac{1}{3}+\frac{3}{2}.\frac{4}{9}=\frac{1}{2}+\frac{2}{3}=\frac{3}{6}+\frac{4}{6}=\frac{7}{6}\)
