\(=\frac{2xy}{2y}+\frac{2y^2}{2y}+\frac{3x^2}{2y}=\frac{2xy+2y^2+3x^2}{2y}=\frac{2y.\left(2x+y\right)+3x^2}{2y}=\frac{2x+y+3x^2}{2y}\)
