\(giải\left(1\right)\Rightarrow x\)

\(2.pt\Leftrightarrow\sqrt{x+1}+\sqrt{4-x}+\sqrt{\left(4-x\right)\left(x+1\right)}=5\)

\(đặt:\sqrt{x+1}+\sqrt{4-x}=t\)
