Unit 4: Music and Arts

Arts have helped me a lot! As you may be aware, I have special needs! Due to that, I could neither communicate well, nor do well academically. If there was something I could do well, it was music. Music has changed my life. Now I want to use music as a way of connecting with people. If it helped me, it could help a lot of other people who went through difficulties.

Arts is not a waste of time. It is not useless. Arts are very essential to our lives. Yes, I may not get a wonderful job, but as long as it gives me happiness, and gives the best out of me, and at least getting some payment, what's the problem?

So my request is to please take the arts seriously. Don't treat the arts as useless thing. Don't think that it destroys education, because it doesn't!

To the education board, please don't ever think of cutting the arts. If you care about your student's education, then please consider the arts in your school. The arts bring out the best in everyone. Hope you understand.

I and my friends often take part in childrens program. This is a program which help orphans, street children, and mentally/physically disabled children in our town to have better life. We often visit them on sunday at house of gratitude. We give them presents such as fruit, candy, cakes, old clothes and so on. We teach them to learn about many things in life, tell them funny and meaningful stories,..etc ..so that they can fall in line with society without any complex. They're very happy and like us. I think it's really a useful activity. I as well as my friends contribute to making the world better.

My favourite food is pancake. It's very tasty and delicous. To do this food we need: two eggs, three teaspoons of sugar, four tablespoons of fluor and one cup of milk. We can make this food such as:

- First, beat the eggs together with suagr, flour and milk.

- Next, heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan.

- Then, por about 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan at a time.

- After that, cook until golden.

- Finally, serve with some vegetables.

My favourite food is fried fish, its very delicious and good for health. Its very easy to cook this food:

Ingredient:sugar, sauce, salt, garlic and the main is fresh fish.

First: clean the fish

Second: beat the fish together with garlic salt, sugar and sauce

Finally: Fried them

I love EDM music !

Around us have a lots of hobbies. But music is the most of them. Because have music, we'll have lots of fun and we'll have the energy to work.

For that reason, i like music very much. I really really love EDM music. Because it have described as a powerful rhythm derived from the 1970s disco music and in some respects it is also a pop music experience, also known as pop music, Avant-garde musician Kraftwerk is a group electronic music of Germany. The EDM category is becoming popular and popular through popular dance clubs and clubs around the world. My favorite type of music to listen to is Spanish music. I like to listen to this music because this is the music I listened to when I grew up. Some types of Spanish music that I like are Banda and Bachata. I also like this music because this is the type of music you can dance to. You also have fun hearing it. I like Spanish music better than English music because for me it’s more enjoyable and danceable. Another reason I like it is because I can actually sing along to it unlike other genres that say the words too fast. Don’t get me wrong, I also like English music; it’s just I’d rather listen to Spanish music.

My favorite music is all kinds. I love music and its got to be in us because I use it so we can relax. When we’re mad I hear music and it calms me down. Or if you just want to listen to music for the fun its all good. Many people relax just listening to music once in a while because they just want to chill. When you are frustrated sometimes music changes your mood. That’s why I think music is a big roll in my life.

My favorite genre of music is mainly rap. I love to listen to rap music because it makes me feel like I can face any challenges that I have. But I also listen to sad love songs when I’m feeling down because it makes me see what the artist wrote the song about and why. Rap music is okay to listen to it’s just all the bad word’s that makes kid’s parents hate it. To me it don’t matter what type of music I listen to as long as I’m satisfied with the artist and the song that’s all that matters to me. I mainly listen to rap and my friends that know what I listen to think I’m ghetto but I’m not; it don’t matter what type of music you listen to.
