Quang works for an International bank in Hanoi . At the moment , he is studying English in London because he needs English for his job . He used to learn English at shool and university . But he has forgotten a lot of it . He wants to improve his writing skills because sometimes he has to write letters in English . His listening is terrible . This is his biggest problem . People talk very quickly and he can’t understad them . Quang think English is very useful and interesting . He likes to study English well .
