- Photo A: I’d say that it’s a panel interview. There’s one interviewee and five interviewers, and they all look very serious. This is a formal setting where the interviewee is being assessed by multiple individuals.

- Photo B: It looks to me like a traditional interview with two interviewers and one interviewee. Judging by the interviewee’s expression and gesture, she seems to be answering questions confidently and must be very well-prepared for the interview.

- Similarities: Both photos depict people engaged in job interviews. Recruiters are assessing the qualifications and suitability of the interviewee for a particular position.

- Differences: Photo C shows an interview conducted via the internet, by contrast, in photo D, a traditional face-to-face interview is taking place. The type of interview in photo D may allow for more effective communication thanks to body language cues and direct physical presence compared to the likely more distant nature of an online interview in photo C.

- In my opinion, conducting job interviews via the internet can be a valuable tool in today’s digital age where remote work and virtual interactions are increasingly common. Online interviews offer convenience and flexibility for both employers and candidates, eliminating the need for travel and allowing interviews to be conducted from anywhere with an internet connection.

- However, it’s important to acknowledge the limitations of internet-based interviews. They may lack the personal touch and rapport-building opportunities that face-to-face interactions provide. Technical issues such as poor internet connectivity or audio/video problems can also disrupt the interview process and impact the candidate’s performance.

- Tuy nhiên, cũng phải thừa nhận những hạn chế của phỏng vấn online, đó là thiếu tiếp xúc trực tiếp và cơ hội xây dựng mối quan hệ trực tiếp giảm đi. Các vấn đề kỹ thuật như kết nối internet kém hoặc sự cố về âm thanh/video cũng có thể làm gián đoạn quá trình phỏng vấn và ảnh hưởng đến màn thể hiện của ứng viên.
