Chữa lỗi ngữ pháp giúp mình với ạ.

In the recent years. my town have been a lot of changes. Firstly, there are more electrical appliances have furnished such as road lights, TVs, etc. Secondly, there are more school and hospital have built than before. In addition, my town have more store. I feel happy with these changes but it also have negative effects. The factories pollute the air and the water. There are more people from other area moved here, so it has more traffic jams and accidents, children have less space to play, etc. I think people in my town should reduce the negative effects to get a healthy life.
