My best friend is someone special whom I can share my all feelings. He is John. He lives with me as my neighbour in the same colony. We met each other in the nursery class on the very first day. We sit together in the classroom and share everything very happily without any problem. We know each other very well as well as understand each other’s need. He is leadership in nature, tall, fair in complexion, good looking and smart. He is very good in studies and behaves well with everyone. He does his class work and homework very attentively. He is favourite student of class teacher as he is very punctual and follows all the etiquettes.

He respects my feelings and helps me always. Many things of us hobbies, s, diss, etc are similar. We love to listen music, watching cartoons and playing carom at home. We take care of each other in the school and playground. We share school copies and help each other whenever one of us remain absent in the school. We go at tour and picnic with our parents together in every winter and summer vacation.

In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

As a traditional family in Vietnam, I have a big one. My family has 5 members, including Mom, Dad, Grandma, sister, and me. My mom’s name is Giang. She has long hair and black eyes. She is a teacher. My Dad’s name is Trung. He is tall and very strong. His job is doctor. For me, my mom is the most beautiful woman, and my dad is the most wonderful man. And my grandma’s name is Tam. She is 95 years old, and next 5 years, we will organize the 100th longevity wishing ceremony, and I look forward to taking part in this ceremony. Besides, another woman who I love so much is my sister. Her name is Linh. She is 26 years old, and she is a beautiful woman Mom. Now, she is living in Ha Noi capital, because of her jobs. I study in Luong The Vinh Secondary school which is one of the best schools of Phu Yen Province. It has a stone building. It has all facilities a good school should have-well furnished classrooms, laboratories, library and playground.

As we enter the school, there is a playground to our left and a small garden to our right. When we enter the building, the Principal’s room and the office room are to the left and the staff room to the right side. These are well furnished. There are thirty four classrooms. Our labs are well equipped. Our library has books almost on all subjects. Our Librarian is also very helpful.

Our school, like all schools, has a prescribed uniform. We have to wear white or cream cotton shirts, light-blue trousers, black shoes and white socks. Girls have to wear white blouses and light-blue skirts in primary and middle classes and white shirts and light-grey skirts in higher classes. They have to tie white ribbon also.

In our school special attention is paid to behavior, cleanliness and punctuality. The most well behaved, neat and punctual student is awarded a prize at the Annual Day function.

Our Principle is a strict disciplinarian. He takes the help of P. T. Teachers too. If any one violates the rules, and is not in uniform, or makes mischief, he gets punished. But he is fair and loving. He tries to find out the reason and guides us.

Our teachers are also quite strict. They teach us with great care, check our note-books, help us when we need but if we are inattentive and don’t work properly, then we are punished.

I like my school very much and I am proud that I belong to it. I shall never forget it.

I am studying in a gifted school of a big city, so my school is a very interesting place to talk about. We have about 20 classrooms which are divided into three stairs, and they are not including rooms for teachers, canteen, sport and computer rooms. All of our classes are equipped with computers, projectors, microphones, loudspeakers, and some of them even have air conditioners. Next to the classroom block is our library. It is pretty big with a lot of books, and sometimes I think that it contains all of the books that one student may need. Behind it is our mini indoor stadium, where we spend our Physical education classes. Since most of the area is used to build rooms, we have very little place for our school yard. It is only enough for us to sit really close to each other to salute the flag on every Monday. There are just some big trees on the yard, and we have some benches under those trees to rest and enjoy the fresh air. Most of the students stay in their classrooms or go to the canteen during break time since we cannot play anything on the school yard. Fortunately, the canteen is big and comfortable enough for us to spend a good time. There are many different kinds of snacks, drinks as well as chairs there, so we can sit there while eating our favorite food. Because this is a gifted school, studying hours can be very stressful. We need to study for about 8 hours a day, and summer vacation only lasts for a month. Although we have to try really hard to be good enough for the school, I am sure we will miss it very much once we graduate.

Today if there is any institution which has the greatest influence on us after the family, it is the school. The basic traits of our personality are formed during our school days.

The name of my school is Nguyen Binh Khiem High School. It is situated in the suburb of Hai Phong city. It is considered to be one of the finest schools in the city, highly acclaimed for its excellent for number of talented students. The school building is an impressive structure. It consists of four three – floor blocks and has about 36 classrooms. Classrooms are spacious and airy.

Two staircases at both ends lead to the floors. The school has a well-equipped library, a well- established science laboratory and two excellent computer room, all of which are situated on the a separate block.

There is an area for learning physical education and sports. Two cemented basketball courts stand in the right corner, while the school’s football field is in the center of the area. On the left center, there are two courts for badminton and volleyball. A small garden full of flower plants surrounds the school building adding to the charm and beauty of the entire complex.

My school has over 1200 students. Our headmaster is an experienced and efficient person who has been at his job for the last 10 years and more. Under his able direction, the school has been obtaining many good result and gain the dispute in the city. The teachers here are well-experienced and knowledgeable in their subjects.

A lot of emphasis are given to character formation, moral education and acquiring good values of life. Although the school environment is rather strict and time-table based, but there is lot of fun and joy in the school. Matches, tournaments, musical shows, competitions, events, etc. make my school life lively, interesting and enjoyable.

I am proud to be a student of Nguyen Binh Khiem High school.

My house is located in a small quiet alley. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the neccesary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can stargaze before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contain many kinds of book. There are also an old television and a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

It is a great construction built by french in battle and then years after, rebuilt by vietnamese citizens. It is in the center area of the city with many facilities surrounding. It follows the well-closed architecture with buildings arranged in O shape and a schoolyard inside. I has considered this school as home because I was mentally brought up here. I had enthusias and considerate teachers, and understanding and sympathe friends. that explains why this school has been of great significance to me.

My primary school is a paradise with fresh air, picturesque surroundings and beloved people around. It is situated in the countryside among far-flung green fields. Its simple design with two buildings perpendicular to each other and a variety of shade trees and flowers gave me the feeling of closeness. Besides, there was a vacant plot for students to play soccer every afternoon after school. Moreover, all the teachers were extremely whole-hearted and dedicated. In addition, I had close friends who were always by my sides to help me whenever I had difficulties. Nowadays, English is an international language, and most young people are learning this language with the hope of being able to communicate with people on over the world. English has become a compulsory subject at most schools, and a lot of people go to foreign language teaching centers to improve their skills. Learning English is not just limited in memorizing vocabulary and grammar, but it is also a process of training and improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill. We should focus on these four elements, because each skill will have the necessary content to complement the other three. We improve our speaking skill if we can listen to and understand what people say; and if we can master our vocabulary and grammar, we can write and read easily. Apart from spending the time to prace, we also need to be creative in learning English. Textbooks at schools and English-teaching centers are just basic steps, so we need to be proactive in finding more resources. There are a lot of movies, music and books written in English nowadays, and we can learn a lot from them. In short, learning English is a long process, but it will be easier if we can find the right and effective ways to learn.

Nowadays, English plays an important role in our life. It's widely used all over the world and It's very interesting. There are many effective ways to learn English. For me, I have to learn vocabulary, grammar and I have to practise 4 skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking.Firstly,  I learn by heart the new words. I make a list and put it in the meaning in my mother language. Sometimes, I write one or two example sentences with new words in order to remember how to use the words in the right way.Secondly, I often listen to the CD, news, English songs and watch English cartoon on Disney Channel about one hour a day to improve my listening skill. Finally, I prace  speaking English  with my friends, my English teacher and my brother to develop my speaking skill. I spend much time studying English at school as well as at home. To sum up, I always try my best to learn English, I hope I can read, write, listen and speak better in the future.
