we need calorie or .......to do the things every day.for example,when we walk to school or...... a bike to school we spend a cartian amount of .........and even when we sleep,we also use keep.but how many calorie should we...........a day to stay in shape.it'sdiffcult ....us to calulate.if people want to keep.....,thet should remmber that everyone should have between 1600and 2500 calorie a day
