Ly Nhan Tong Ly Can Duc named, was born in 1066, was the son of Ly Thanh Tong and Nguyen Phi Y Lan. He ascended the throne when 7 years old. He became king in 1127, the loss came, reigned 56 years, becoming the longest reigning king in the history of Vietnam. Ly Nhan Tong period is the period of reign was peaceful country in most of the Ly dynasty and also the history of the Vietnam feudal dynasties.
Ly Nhan Tong was the beginning of university education in Vietnam. In 1075, he locked himself Kinh Bac School Exam, also known as the first scientific triangle in history. Passed examinations which took 10 people, there is Le Van Thinh valedictorian's first poinsettias academic history of the country. The following year (1076) re-built Temple of Literature to worship Confucius and the Confucian sages first rank and a place of higher learning in the win for the Prince and the talented people of the country. Temple of Literature since become the first university in our country.
